These Terms & Conditions (Terms) govern the use of services provided by SARV LAXMI GREEN INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (Company). By availing of our services, you (Customer, Client, or User) agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
• We provide home appliance repair, maintenance, installation, hardware supply, and other related services as agreed at the time of booking.
• Service scope will be clearly defined during order confirmation or work agreement.
2. Service Booking & Confirmation
• Customers must provide accurate details while booking services.
• Service will be scheduled based on availability of technicians and resources.
• The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any service request.
3. Pricing & Payment
• Service charges will be communicated before commencement of work.
• Prices may vary depending on the type of service, spare parts, or additional requirements.
• Payments must be made in full through approved modes (cash, UPI, bank transfer, or online).
• In case of advance payments, the amount is adjusted against the final bill.
4. Warranty & Liability
• Warranty (if applicable) on service/parts will be mentioned on the invoice or job sheet.
• Warranty will not apply to issues caused by misuse, physical damage, unauthorized repairs, or natural wear and tear.
• The Company is not responsible for data loss, incidental damage, or indirect loss during or after service.
5. Customer Responsibilities
• Ensure proper access to the service location and safe working conditions.
• Provide accurate information regarding product issues.
• Retain bills/invoices for future service and warranty claims.
6. Use of Spare Parts & Materials
• Spare parts used may be original or compatible (as per customer’s choice and availability).
• Customers must confirm acceptance of parts before installation.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Service cancellation must be requested at least [24 hours] before scheduled time.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deduction of administrative/visit charges.
• No refunds for services already rendered.
8. Limitation of Liability
• While we ensure the highest service standards, we are not liable for:
o Pre-existing issues not disclosed by the customer.
o Delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, supply chain issues).
o Damages caused due to negligence or misuse by the customer.
9. Intellectual Property
All company names, logos, service content, and materials are the intellectual property of SARV LAXMI GREEN INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and cannot be used without prior written consent.
10. Privacy Policy
By availing of our services, you agree to our [Privacy Policy], which governs how we collect and process personal data.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi only.
